Teach a Class
The Cordial Eye community is #blessed to have so many skilled artists, writers and creators among us! We would like to offer you the opportunity to teach a workshop or mini-course in your area of expertise whether it be a tried-and-true course you’ve taught for years or just an idea you’re kicking around. At The Cordial Eye we believe that everyone has skills worth knowing, and we invite you to share yours..
How will this work?
We hold classes at our new physical location, 255 Main Street, Hyannis. Our audience ranges from babies through adults, community learners to professional creatives, and we prioritize classes that embrace a student centered, process based approach. We review course suggestions on a rolling basis and can work with you to map out your idea if it is something you are still trying to flesh out. Teaching artists are paid $60/hour.
Volunteer
We are always looking for volunteers to help us keep our website and local events calendars up to date, to do outreach with the press, identify grant opportunities, and to produce events.
