    Knitwear design, mixed media art, embroidery, macrame, general arts and crafts

    Annie is a local knitwear designer who also dabbles in mixed media art. She loves working with kids and encouraging others to use art to process and express emotions and connect to themselves and the world around them.

  • Anastaci Pacella (she/her)

    Visual Artist working in a variety of media, especially painting and drawing

    Anastaci Pacella is a visual artist and art educator on Cape Cod, and she holds a BFA in Art Education from UMass Dartmouth and an MFA in Visual Arts from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. She worked in Barnstable Public Schools as a K-7 Art Teacher for eight years, and now enjoys teaching occasional art classes at The Cordial Eye, an arts organization she founded to create more space for alternative artists on the Cape. As a young art student, Anastaci often clashed with her art teachers, and now works to center student voice while maintaining high expectations for growth.

    Multi-media artist

    S. Bean Kearns is a multi-media artist who prefers oil painting, is passionate about printmaking, and enjoys figure drawing. Their artwork reflects themes of nature, self-reflection, and the human form.

  • C.R. Florence (he/him)

    Comics artist, illustrator, teaching artist

    C.R. Florence is a self-taught comics artist and illustrator from Cape Cod. His work is informed by history, social justice, and class struggle. His work has been published by Scout Comics and Band of Bards, and is featured in over twenty anthology collections including the Ringo! Award nominated 'Cthulhu Invades Wonderland'.

  • Gabe Ribeiro (he/him)

    Illustrator, author, watercolor artist, dragon trainer

    Brazilian born and Cape raised artist Gabriel Ribeiro works as a children's book illustrator and painter, creating imaginative works in watercolor and ink.

  • Jennifer Stratton (she/her)

    Painting, mixed media, collage, printmaking, clay, other arts and crafts

    Jennifer Stratton is an artist, musician, certified life coach, and expressive and creative arts educator. She earned her expressive arts facilitation training at the Expressive Arts Institute at Salve Regina University. Jennifer teaches for a variety of organizations such as Cape Cod CAN!, Cape Cod Museum of Fine Arts, and Brewster Council on Aging, Cordial Eye Gallery.

    Kai Barrows is an artist from Mashpee, MA, who attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, pursuing dual majors in Fine Arts and Digital Media/Illustration. They have exhibited work in MA, RI, and CO, and has created a wide range of commissioned work from oil portraIts, community murals, gig posters, album art, animations, and comics.

  • Karla DeSDtefano (she/her)

    I am a self taught multidisciplinary artist based in Marstons Mills, MA. My work is concerned with personal narrative, culture, craft, and experimentation. In my classes students will delve into the creative process using recycled materials, work on their problem-solving skills, and learn to embrace and celebrate imperfections.

    Lipe Borges is a Brazilian capoeirista and independent photographer, based in Cape Cod since 2020. He currently dedicates his work to documenting Capoeira in New England and creating portraits of emerging artists.

    Randi Gallerani is a local educator and writer who believes in and is dedicated to education about the benefits of multimodal artistic expression. She takes a holistic approach to language arts, from writing to theater, and her work centers the belief that we are inherently creative beings who deserve access to opportunities to express ourselves creatively.

    Sheril E. Smith is a three decades-experienced educator with a passion for teaching students. Sheril earned a master’s in education from Walden University, Minnesota, USA. She enjoys working with learners of diverse backgrounds and levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

    Sophia Flowers is a poet, writer, and author of the upcoming novel 'A Brush With Danger' — a New England set mystery with mystical, speculative elements.With over 20 years experience writing creatively and professionally, she has a uniquely illuminating voice, combining contemporary language with timeless elements of legend and mystery. She specializes in speculative stories and poetry, where she brings light and clarity to dark worlds, explores the importance of diversity and perspective, and opens conversations about the nature of our reality and what it means to shape it.

    Musician, teacher, ahanaeenun

    The ZYG 808 (pronounced 'Zee Why Gee' Eight-0h-Eight) is a Percussionist, Singer, Rapper, Recording artist and Educator. They have been playing drums since the womb (literally), starting proper lessons at the age of 10. Currently, they’re entering their final semester at Prescott College, studying Audio Engineering, Music Production, and Music Education.
